Approach
Most operations teams do not need another platform. They need two or three screens that match how the work is actually dispatched, and a clear path from the messy spreadsheet that currently runs things.
We start by sitting with the people doing the scheduling, map the real process rather than the documented one, then ship the smallest thing that removes a daily annoyance. Everything after that is iteration against use, not a roadmap agreed up front.
Engagements are small by design. We would rather do one thing well for a team of twelve than run a programme.
